Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, along with any included accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@lifeprojectorofficial.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please Note:

  • You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to contact@lifeprojectorofficial.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the 7-10 business day processing period, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take additional time to post. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@lifeprojectorofficial.com.
